CDK Stone partnered with MV to expand their use of HubSpot beyond marketing and into sales. We rolled out Sales Hub Enterprise, replacing scattered systems with a single, centralised CRM that gave every team member a 360° view of their customers.

This meant no more hunting for information across spreadsheets, emails or separate databases.

 

Technology Solutions

We assessed integration opportunities between HubSpot and CDK Stone’s ERP system Pronto, creating the foundation for a seamless data flow between sales and operations.

This step ensured that as their technology evolved, they could expand automation and reporting without needing to rebuild their CRM approach.

We onboarded over 80 sales team members, from seasoned industry experts to new starters, ensuring adoption was smooth and consistent.

On site training sessions, one on one stakeholder interviews and ongoing communication meant every team member understood not just how to use the new tools, but why they mattered to their day to day work.
