Before the appointment of Sidney Minassian (CEO), Saasyan had a small online presence and was portrayed as an advanced tech company with IT branding. 

Saasyan’s new vision entailed expanding their reach to a global audience and pivoting the business to be easily approachable for schools, teachers and students. Promoting new key messaging that embodied student safety, cared for student wellbeing and online education.

 

Accelerate growth

Our approach was to give Saasyan a complete digital overhaul and implement advanced tools to propel their growth strategies.

Revenue Operations

We maximised Saasyan's revenue potential by eliminating multiple sources of truth and removing friction in their processes. We monitored Saasyan's Tech Stack and removed silos in their departments.

This helped align internal processes and increase efficiency across all operations. Saving Saasyan's team time, lowering unnecessary costs and improving their ability to report on and monitor data. 

HubSpot Onboarding

We implemented HubSpot's software suite and trained Saasyan's team through our foundational onboarding program. 

Including Professional Hubs: Sales, Marketing, Service, CRM & CMS. 

This embodied Saasyan to continue growing their community and implement ongoing changes as they move forward with their new strategy. Enabling them to have a sustainable method for growth and create a seamless customer experience.

Technology Solutions

We used HubSpot CMS to develop a new website for Sassyan. We optimised their website for global growth and implemented the tools they needed to convert more visitors, grow traffic and gain deeper insights. 

Our custom designed graphics were integrated into the new website along with all of our digital marketing collateral. This enforced a consistent brand presence across multiple channels and helped align key messaging. 

Brand Transformation

For Saasyan's new brand transformation roll-out, we developed a branding kit to visually represent and unify Saasyan’s new mission and vision statements. Ensuring to communicate Saasyan’s values at every touchpoint, with a design that resonated with Saasyan's audience. 

We created a large suite of custom digital marketing assets and illustrations highlighting the key messaging of Saasyan's new brand.
